HOW IT WORKS
Describe the job

1
Tell us what needs cleaning
Bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, floors and roughly the square footage. For commercial work, the space and the hours it has to happen in.
2
We come back with a price
Every job is different, so the price is worked out for yours rather than read off a list. You will know it before anyone arrives.
3
We arrive with everything
On the day agreed, with every product and piece of equipment already loaded. There is nothing for you to buy or set out beforehand.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
The things worth knowing
How much does it cost?01
It depends on the job, so we do not publish a list. For a home, tell us the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms, the floors, the square footage, whether you want a standard or deep clean, whether there are pets, when it was last cleaned and how often you want us. We come back with a price for your place.
Do you clean up after pets?02
Yes. Pet hair, paw prints and the mess that comes with animals are a normal part of the job, not an exception we charge around.
Can you use eco friendly products?03
Yes. Tell us when you get in touch and we will use them.
Do you clean clinics and medical offices?04
Yes, as commercial cleaning: floors, restrooms, waiting areas and surfaces. Medical waste stays with the facility. We do not handle it.
What do you not do?05
We do not take away trash or debris. We do not clean windows on the outside above the first floor. We do not shampoo or dry clean carpets.
Which areas do you cover?06
Los Angeles. If you are not sure whether you are inside that, ask.
