Tell us how we get in and where to park. If there is a front desk, a callbox or a garage code, that is the thing most likely to cost time on the first visit.
What we need to know to price it
Bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, roughly the square footage, standard or deep, pets, when it was last cleaned and how often you want us.
What is not included
No trash or debris removal. No outside windows above the first floor. No carpet shampooing.
Moving out of one? That is a different job with a different scope.
