A move out clean is done on an empty place, and that is the whole point. Everything a full home hides becomes reachable: inside the cabinets, behind the appliances, the closet floors, the corners.
What it covers
Inside and outside every cabinet and drawer. Inside the oven and the refrigerator. Bathrooms throughout. Interior glass, sills, baseboards and door frames. Floors last.
Who turns up, and what they bring
The same two people on every job, with every product and every piece of equipment already loaded. An empty place has nothing left in it to clean with, and it does not need to: there is nothing for you to buy, borrow or leave out.
You do not have to be there
Nobody needs to meet us at the door. We are happy to clean with nobody home, and we can hold a key or a door code until the job is done.
Timing
Book it for after the furniture has gone and before the walkthrough. A move out clean around boxes is a different, slower and less complete job.
Move in cleans
The same work in the other direction, done before anything of yours arrives, which is the only time the place is ever this easy to clean.
Packing and clearing, if you want it
Packing a home and getting it ready to move is work we do as well, along with organizing and decluttering whatever is not going with you. Say so when you describe the job and it is quoted alongside the clean.
If work has just been done
A place that has just had a renovation finished is an after construction clean rather than a move out clean, and it is priced differently. We do that too, once the work is completely finished.
What is not included
We do not take away trash, debris or anything left behind. No carpet shampooing. No outside windows above the first floor.
Moving out of an apartment rather than a house? The building usually decides the day: access, elevators, parking and the hours work is allowed. Apartment cleaning covers working around all of that.
Staying put and just want it reset? That is a deep clean.
Tell us about the job and we will come back with a price.
